Paradise Creek Condominiums are nestled on 31 acres of land in the town of Ludlow in Western, Massachusetts. Ludlow's population boomed in the 1950s with the creation of Interstate 90, known in Massachusetts as the Massachusetts Turnpike. Subsequently the Turnpike influenced the growth of Ludlow as a suburb of Springfield. Since the 1950s, the development of numerous subdivisions has added to Ludlow's growth.

The town has many significant factors that draw people to live here. Bradley International Airport is 23 miles away and Logan International Airport is 77 miles away in Boston. Ludlow has that “small town” feel with easy access to big town museums, sports teams, and world class restaurants.

Ludlow takes pride in the many privately owned local businesses, such as Randall’s farm featuring the fall corn maize, and fresh local produce. It is also the home of meat markets, bakeries, and Elsie’s Creamery, arguably one of the best homemade ice cream stands in the country.
